We're reaching out to give you a heads-up about a phishing email currently circulating that is targeting local businesses, including ours.

What it looks like:

The email arrives with a subject line like "Reminder - New Mailbox Notifications" and claims that messages are pending delivery to your inbox. It asks you to click a link to "review" them. The sender appears to be some form of email support or notification center, but the sending address has nothing to do with your actual email provider.

It is fake. Do not click any links in it.

How to spot it:

  • It addresses you by your email address or mailbox name, not your name
  • It creates urgency: "9 messages pending," link expires in 24 hours
  • The sending address is from an unrelated domain
  • It mentions no specific details about your actual hosting or email setup

What to do if you received it:

  • Delete it
  • Do not click any links
  • If you already clicked the link, change your email password immediately and contact us

When in doubt:

Call or email us before clicking anything. That's what we're here for.
