Google discontinued POP3 email fetching in January 2026. If you were using Gmail to pull in mail from your business domain, that feature no longer works. Moving to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is the proper long-term fix.
Will I lose my old emails?
No. Email migration is included in both packages. We move your existing emails to the new platform before the cutover so nothing is lost.
What's the difference between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Google Workspace gives you Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Meet. Microsoft 365 gives you Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Most small businesses prefer Workspace for its simplicity. Trades and construction businesses often prefer 365 for the full Office suite.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are completed within 1–2 business days of your order. DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours, but we monitor it and confirm everything is working before we close out.
Do you handle multi-user businesses?
Yes. Whether it's 1 user or 10, we set up every account. Each additional user is billed at the platform's per-user rate, passed through at cost — we don't mark it up.
